The beginning of a comment, used to state an excuse.


Lovely morning to all! We are blessed with another day on planet earth Champions! Another day to live our lives on purpose!


Did you ever stop and catch yourself after you throw a but out there in a sentence? I gave it some serious thought this morning. Typically what follows but is a big excuse as to why something didn't happen or wasn't done. It also could be a word used for procrastination. I have been on this word journey of late. Careful not to speak things into existence that I just don't want to carry. Champions, today I challenge you to catch the buts. Awareness is half the battle.
