The reflection that you see looking back at you in the mirror.

May your Monday be amazing Champions! When you look in that mirror today, I encourage you to take that personal inventory. Are there changes that you can make within, that will impact your tomorrow? I'm right there with you and doing that same deep dive within myself.

What ever the journey...the only one that can make the decision to change something in our lives us.

Here's what was laid on my heart this morning ❤️

If nothing changes> nothing changes.

Each one of us can take that statement however it applies to what we have going on.

Whether it be a specific goal... eating better, exercise, closer relationship with God, to reconcile a severed relationship with someone, get out of debt, become organized, change some bad habits, gain some good habits, work ethic. The list is endless depending on the person.

Lean in...the only person that can change any of the aforementioned items is that reflection looking back at you and me in the mirror.

This means to walk in accountability and to kick the excuses to the curb. Today is a great day to get started. Do you have something that needs to change? That's the question on the table for today. Followed by, what actions need to take place to bring that change to fruition?

I will close with something we all know, we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.

Be encouraged Champions!

Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you fail to meet the test!

2 Corinthians 13:5
