Without malice, treachery, or evil intent. Honest; sincere; guileless.
Welcome to Monday Champions! Lifting you in prayer this morning for a day that is full of purpose and promise! May your hearts overflow with love and peace.
This morning as I was having my quiet time and just thinking on things, the heart was brought to my spirit. So much stems from the heart. Not only is it the organ in our bodies that keeps our blood pumping, "on a spiritual note", it is also that important piece that determines and or directs our thoughts, our words, and our actions. This world can harden a heart very quickly if we allow it to. That's why it is so important to be continously in prayer and in God's word. I believe we know when something just isn't right with our heart. We are wired in a way that when we are connected to the vine, we can feel the shift when something just isn't right inside. The key is...when we first recognize that we are having a heart issue to address it. Don't allow it to fester and don't allow someone else's actions determine your heart healthiness! The heart, one of the vital sources of one's being. Protect it, guard it, and allow Jesus to live in it!
Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Psalm 51:10
