Simply understanding when to say something and when to say nothing at all.

Sunday morning patience and understanding being sent to you for a day of grace and gratitude Champions!

Thinking on our words this morning and how powerful they can be once spoken. I've come to realize this can be a great thing or not so much of a great thing. Especially if we don't manage our opinions that come slipping out of our mouths. Have you ever spouted something out and then after thinking about it, thought...maybe I shouldn't have said that? I know I sure have. Words are sharper than a two edge sword and once put out there, non returnable. Could it be that we live in a time when everyone thinks their opinion is factual and more important than another's? That we speak to be heard instead of seeking, listening to understand? We can come up with many reasons why we say what we do. The question is, does the words we use...build up or tear down, promote peace or instill discord? Sometimes just knowing when to speak and when to practice that Holy hush is paramount. Leaving you with this, blessed are the peacemakers! Think before you speak and have a beautiful day.Your actions speak a thousand words.

Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger;

James 1:19
