Spending time with people that do not practice good morals but actually practice just the opposite.

Another spectacular Saturday we have been given Champions! May your day be full and purposeful! Claiming 1Peter 5:8 this morning!

Touchy, touchy is the best way I can segway into this morning's topic. Bad company. Yikes, Wowsers, Bam! All of these gut wrenching words came to mind as I was reflecting on this topic. Simply, who we hang with! Respectfully and tenderly, I ask you to look around at your circle? (Oh, so now one might say, she's judging.) No, not at all. You and me both are wired with caution buttons. We just know when who we are spending our time with is progressing our growth or regressing our growth. The most important question is this, do the behaviors that are being demonstrated line up with God's word? I would never tell you that your influence, when lined up with God's will isn't a powerful thing for another. However, don't camp out with the excuse that you think you can change someone. I've learned we can't change anyone. God can, if they desire to change. When we accept things that we know are just simply wrong and overlook it as if, it doesn't affect me.(the lie the deceiver wants you/me to believe) piece by piece we are compromised. Sometimes, we have to love from a distance and look at things for what they truly are. As you are choosing the company you keep wisely, you might hear things such as, YOU'VE CHANGED! If so, look up and say Thank you. That's when you can truly be affective for God. Why, because the old is gone and the new has come and now you can influence those around you. We are called to be peculiar people, we should be different. If you have to compromise your morals, actions, beliefs, and behaviors when you are around someone ( family or friends) you just might want to exit stage left. Leaving you with this, you love them no less. You are just choosing the narrow path instead of the wide path. At the end of the day, the one that will answer for each one of us, is the one we see in the mirror each morning.

Do not be deceived: " Bad company ruins good morals."

1 Corinthians 15:33

It's me guys. Life has been very busy of late and it's been a minute since I've shared. As I sit here and just breath. It's the day...
