Someone who knows you better than yourself and takes a position in your best interests in a crisis.
Well hello Champions! May your Wednesday be amazing and your actions be genuine.
Friendship was placed on my heart this morning. As I was thinking back over the years and the real, honest to goodness friends that I have had and still do, came to my mind. Building relationships is a two way street. What I have learned is that true friends are one of the most precious gifts we are blessed with. If you think back to those special people, your friends and mine, some characteristics that are common are: honest, non judgmental, loyal, respectful, trustworthy. There are so many more, but those are probably the top five. I think you'd agree to have a good friend requires us also to be a good friend. A good rule of thumb is to be that person you needed when you were walking through that same or a similar situation. Friends have a way of picking up on things that aren't even said. Love your friends today and tell them how important they are to you!
There are “friends” who destroy each other, but a real friend sticks closer than a brother.
