A line that marks the limits of an area.
Praying your Monday is full and your gait purposeful. Be healthy and whole...body, mind, and spirit.
During my quiet time this morning, boundaries, came to my mind. Permission this morning to be real and transparent? As I was reflecting on this topic, I had to pause and really give it some thought. For me, setting healthy boundaries can be a challenge. I am a fixer and helper by nature. So, at times setting healthy boundaries is a challenge. Have you ever found yourself in a place where you have over extended and you just can't say no? Here's another angle, have you been in a situation or circumstance that you know God is saying, separate yourself from this but you don't want to offend or hurt someone's feelings? Champions, it's an exhausting place to camp out. I want to ask you a very simple question, who should we be living to please? Where God takes you, he provides. If you're in a situation where there is confusion, cloudiness, or something just isn't sitting right with your spirit, you just might need to set some healthy boundaries. Too often we say yes, when we should be saying no. We are commanded to speak the truth in love. It's ok to say no. If something compromises your spiritual walk, take it to the Lord in prayer and he will help you set some healthy boundaries. We were never meant to walk it alone. Be blessed and know that you are a blessing!
Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ.
Ephesians 4:15
