Burnt toast...

A piece of bread left unattended that becomes black from being toasted too long.

May your Monday be over the top amazing Champions! I encourage you to be alert this morning as you go about your day...and watch, so you don't burn your toast!

I think we have all put bread in the toaster and left it unattended and came back to some not so favorable results.

Connecting that with my train of thought this morning...

We have to be alert at all times, watching and waiting. When we step away for even a brief period of time, it could result in us burning our toast. The bible tells us to be ready. We do not know the hour of Christ returning but we are told to be ready. So what do we do to be ready? Stay busy about his work. Avoid the distractions that will cause us to step away, and burn our toast. A simple analogy but I think you get the picture. Have a great day and be that amazing creation God intended for you to be!

Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour.
