Another beautiful Saturday morning that has been given to us Champions! We are alive and breathing! Moments are waiting to be captured and cherished by each one of us today!

You guessed it, cherishing every moment is where this morning's topic is going. Do we, cherish every moment ? One thing time has taught me...if we look for it, we'll find it. Stay with me...we can find good and bad in pretty much any situation or circumstance. Perspective is key. Learning the importance of cherishing the small things as well as the large, teaches us the true meaning of appreciation. To be in the moment instead of wishing it away. This is such a valuable place to reach in life. When we can embrace the moment and capture the tiniest of blessings to cherish, they add up. Then before you know it, there is too many to count and those laugh lines appear and smiles hang out with giggles and laughter on a much larger scale. Cherish the moments today, you will be oh so glad you did!

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
