Stop talking; a sudden calm of silence.

May your Wednesday be marvelous Champions! Choose to build up today! Choose to spread light! Choose to hush when needed.

As the sun rises and the morning is new, my spirit connects with my Creator. Oh how I love the quiet of the morning, before the world begins a new day, and it's my special time with God. This morning gossip rang throughout my spirit. So many words being spoken, yet no meaning or substance to build another up...but actually just the opposite, to tear others down. This is really something to think about Champions. On any level, in our homes, work place, gatherings with friends, formal functions, and so on...are we building others up with our words or, are we tearing them down? Lean in...if you are a listening participant to another's gossip, you are a participant. Sometimes it's just in our best interest to step away from the conversation. I've learned through the years that the conversation may be about someone else today, but when you're not present tomorrow, you could very well be the topic. We live in a world where it seems like dirt, and propaganda sell. So much hurt and slander. How do we stop it? We stop it by, each one of us making a conscious decision, not to partake in those conversations that we know aren't wholesome or edifying. Simply put, it starts with us. Will you join me today, if and when that conversation arises that is set out to place someone in an unfavorable light, to step away from it? Don't get me wrong, there may be times tough conversations need to take place. Possibly you need to address something or someone that is wrong or has done wrong. Do it in love and with a heart of restoration. It certainly doesn't need to be a public broadcasted message. Can we join together in unity to walk in a mindset of restoration and just maybe, we might be the influence someone else needs? Practice the Holy Hush today, when needed.

Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.

Ephesians 4:29

It's me guys. Life has been very busy of late and it's been a minute since I've shared. As I sit here and just breath. It's the day...
