To be blocked from going in a certain direction.
A barrier, often seen after the fact as a blessing.
Tuesday morning is here and we are alive and breathing Champions! May today bring you to a place of renewal and forward progress!
A closed door...pondering the meaning behind it this morning. Using it in the text as, a barrier that is later recognized as a blessing. I think it's safe to say, we've all experienced closed doors in our lives. At first glance, coming face to face with the closed door could have been very disappointing. However, once we have moved on and locate the open door we reach a level of understanding as to why the other door closed. God knows what is best for us. Too often, we make choices and decisions that are not in our best interest. The next time you meet a closed door, I encourage you to just thank God. Go to him in prayer and let him know that you are placing your trust in him. From past experiences, you will be oh so glad you did. Not to mention the opened door that he will provide for you, will far exceed anything that was behind the door that was closed.
Walk in faith today and let God open the door for you!
For a wide door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many adversaries.
1 Corinthians 16:9
