Happy Wednesday Champions! Middle of the week. We are blessed with another summer day!

Over the past couple of days, I have had many conversations. So many lessons are learned, and knowledge gained by listening to understand. Effective Communication can limit misunderstandings. Communication is so very important. What we say, our body language, our tone.

Champions, be that person. The one that remains solid and open to lend an ear to someone. Listen to understand not respond. You just might learn something.

Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.
