Jumping into discussions this morning. A discussions is comprised of all involved sharing their thoughts about the topic at hand.

Boy it would be a whole lot easier if we had discussions Instead of arguments. Seeking to understand someone else's point of view. Doesn't mean that you agree with their point of view. It just means that you were engaged in the conversation and cared enough to talk about it.

Just something to think about as you go about your day,, tap into those relationships.
