Honest sound communication that stands up to critical examination and is found to be valid.

Thursday morning blessings to you Champions! Praying for you today!

This morning I was thinking about how important what we say truly is. Taking it one step further, that our actions line up with what we are speaking. I think the word integrity speaks volumes here. In a time where opinions are running rampant, maybe we should just slow down a bit. Words are so powerful and once said, can't be taken back. Personal inventory time... Looking within, can you say that you are reliable? That when you say you are going to do something you do it? Here's the kicker, can others depend on you to do what you say? I took some time to reflect on those three questions myself. The aforementioned questions weren't for a finger pointing session but prayerfully an honest stretch and grow for each one of us. People depend on you and me in some form or fashion. It is important for our words to hold water. Will you join me today in being mindful with the words that we speak into existence? Possibly, even filter them through our hearts before we allow them to exit our mouths. We can make a difference, one day at a time, together!

Show yourself in all respects to be a model of good works, and in your teaching show integrity, dignity, and sound speech that cannot be condemned, so that an opponent may be put to shame, having nothing evil to say about us.

Titus 2: 7-8
