Don't Stop

To keep going. Continuing to push through without pausing or haulting.

This morning I was led to two words...

Don't Stop!

I don't know about you but for me, there have been many times when stopping would have been much easier than to keep going. I suppose there are those things out there that we should stop doing but this morning, I really want to address the things that we should continue doing. Pressing forward and sticking to what is good for us both mentally and physically. So, if you have thought about throwing in the towel concerning something that is good for you but requires hard work, don't stop. Stick to it! You can do all things through Christ! So lace up those sneakers and stay in the game! See you at the finish line!
