A boundary that separates one side from another. To stand for something or against something.

Prayers for an Absolutely, Spectacular, Purposeful Saturday Champions!

This morning I felt compelled to reflect back to John 8. During my quiet time I just had to look up and thank God. If you can relate to this morning's post, it's a beautiful thing. If not, no worries, I have nothing but love for you! So let's just jump in. First, none of us are without sin. I think we can all agree on that. However, we all have opinions and influences that determine how we walk through this world. We are either for something or against something. Now, I want you to think really hard as I did this morning... Do the things that you stand for and live by line up with what Jesus would do? I'm placing myself at the front of the line on this morning's self reflection Champions. I just ask that you line up with me. Does anyone of us have the right to cast the first stone? I think not. Stay with me, the chains of sin bind us all, unless we let Jesus Christ break those chains. He is the only perfect one without sin. So when you, when I, draw those lines in the sand, let's make sure we are following the best teacher of all times and ask ourselves WWJD? Be crazy amazing for Jesus today!

6 They were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing him.

But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger. 7 When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” 8 Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground.

9 At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. 10 Jesus straightened up and asked her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?”

11 “No one, sir,” she said.

“Then neither do I condemn you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.”

John 8: 6-11
