Tackling energy this morning... quick question, are you more like Tigger or Eeyore? Or at times, are you a combination of both? Through the years, I have learned that what we put into our body,mind, and spirit is what we deliver to those around us. At times, there certainly could be a physical issue that causes lack of physical energy. However, positive spiritual energy can be displayed by each of us, if we choose to be positive. Life circumstances, good and bad are a given. We still have to walk through them either way. So why not bring positive energy to the table? Go be crazy amazing positive people today! I think you'll like it!
