Happiest of mornings to you Champions!

This morning as I was reflecting on the day ahead, I thought about leadership. I was drawn to those that are sitting at a higher level of leadership. I thought about the responsibility and yes, the accountability they have to those under their watch. I remember several years ago, I read a book about servant leadership. Could some of the problems we face in our world today be a result of those placed in leadership roles expecting to be served, instead of serving? Oh, I certainly think so. For those that know me, you have heard me say on many occasions that Jesus Christ was the best teacher ever.

Lean in...He came to this earth to serve, not to be served. Champions, what ever position you hold in this crazy world we live in, you are leading someone. Servant leadership is what's on the table. Together, we can make a difference!
