Guard your heart!

Fill it up with the truth then protect it! Block out the distractions that will come to derail you and use discernment.

It's Thursday morning and we are blessed to be alive Champions!

This morning as I was just checking in with my Creator, I realized personal inventory time was needed. For me I've found that sometimes it is necessary to do that inward check all or should Isay check up? You know, that deep personal examination of the heart. With the heart being the offspring of the soul those check ups are profound to our wellbeing. The bible clearly tells us to guard our hearts. So here's the thing...what are we filling it with before we decide to protect it? Are we filling it with truth? With love? I'm not speaking of that self serving warm and fuzzy feeling kinda love either. I'm speaking of that boots on the ground standing in the trenches, action focused kinda love. It is so important to guard our hearts against the devil. He's such a troll and a manipulator. He comes in many disguises. He also uses others to attempt to attack and destroy where ever he can. So putting on the whole armor of God each day and guarding our hearts is paramount in us having victory! God is ever present and on the move, remember that! He came to give us an abundant life, remember that! Even if it was just one, he still would have went to the cross, remember that! He is omnipresent, remember that! Guard your hearts, remember that! Now go and have an amazing day!

The good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.
