Consistent behaviors that benefit your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health and well being.
May your Friday be great Champions! May your steps be confident and your hearts full. May your interactions with others be over the top crazy amazing! Look out Friday, here we come!
Well, well... healthy habits. Let's start with a habit. Repetition, over and over again.
Now, we can all agree we have some good habits, (and well) not so much with some of our other ones. I truly find it interesting that all of this, once again, starts in our thought process. Just maybe God was on to something when he said renewal of our minds.
I don't know about you, but for me there are days when I have to send up those bullet prayers and renew my mind several times throughout the day.
Here's the thing...
what we put into those vehicles called our bodies ( that are used to transport us around while we are here), is what we will get out of them. What we think, consume, and do is what we become.
This thing called life is work, isn't it? So why not create and or practice some healthy habits while we're camped out here?
First, let me begin with ( I'm a work in progress) I certainly don't have all the answers or practice all the best habits for my life. However, each day, I wake up and tap into the one that created me and does have all the answers. What has worked for me is to start with a list, one of those pros and cons things. What your current habits (my) are and how they benefit you ( me) physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Simply put, are they good for you ( me)? If they are, rock on. If they aren't good for you ( me), change begins with the first step ( acknowledging). Lean in, you and I were created in the image of the most High God! I know you're awesome because God doesn't make no junk! So join me in lacing up those boot strings and putting our feet towards our prayers. Today is the perfect day to begin! Shall we?
Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.
3 John 1:2
