WHO

With the rising of the sun, may your day be healthy and whole Champions!

The stillness of the morning and the quiet time spent with God has brought me to healthy this morning. Healthy habits create a healthy life. Taking care of our temple, mind, body, and spirit! I took some time this morning to just breathe and absorb what my Creator had to say to me. Passing through this world we are given a vessel to endure the journey. Taking care of that vessel is up to us. Daily maintenance is important to function the way we were created to be. Proper nourishment with both food and God's word is paramount. The bible tells us man can not live on bread alone. The renewal of our minds is a daily process. We have to filter out the garbage that this world sends our way each day. Our bodies require sleep, this is an area that I fall short in ( I need to do better). Speaking for myself here, I have a tendency to go 24/7. I also have a hard time saying no. Setting healthy boundaries is ok. I think the previous couple of sentences were for me. LOL

Keeping it real...what we bring into our bodies, what we consume is the performance we will get out of them. Good stuff in, good stuff out. Garbage in, garbage out. It seems pretty simple, doesn't it? Something so simple, yet can be a challenge at the same time.

I encourage you today as I am myself...

Eat right, this includes both physical food and mental food ( be in God's word). Exercise, both physically and mentally. Relax, get some sleep. Go to bed a little earlier. Let God do his job while you restore your vessel, he'll be up anyway.

QUIT! Quit being concerned about what others think and be concerned with what God knows. Praying you through! God needs strong warriors to spread the good news. Rise up Champions! Let's do this thing!

The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.

Numbers 6:24-26
