Joy Stealers... yikes, they are certainly out there Champions! Many times I have been in a position where I've allowed someone or something to steal my joy. Can you relate? A great acronym for joy is Jesus Over You! When we forget that and go it on our own, old slew foot creeps in like a bad cold.

Perspective is so important. Not everything we encounter is joyful but if we look at it closely we can find joy in everything.

Trials and tribulations are a given. How we deal with them is the key to protecting our joy! Guard your hearts Champions! Walk with a pep in your step. There really is something to that old saying I'm sure you're familiar with. " when life throws you lemons, make lemonade!" Be joyful today! Identify the joy suckers and don't allow them to take yours! You will be so glad you did!

The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of Thanksgiving.
