Sometimes you just have to chill...
Our bodies require rest and restoration.
We go 100 mph most of the time. Hopping into the next thing, sometimes even before we're finished with the previous one. We become physically and mentally spent. Recognizing those moments and taking a mini hiatus just might be what our bodies need. So in lamens terms...just chill!
Stepping away from the noise and refilling our cup so we can continue to pour from a full cup is paramount. Finding the balance needed to restore our bodies to keep them happy, healthy, and whole is this morning's take away!
So Champions, just chill!
