Lay it down and leave it there.

To let go of and give it to God. To allow him full reign to be God and for us to be disciplined in our actions not to pick it back up again. Trust his timing.
Morning blessings to you and yours Champions. Place your trust in him today.
Reflecting on the last couple of days and looking at the day before me, I had to pause. I just want to share with you this morning. Keeping things very transparent, I have a tendency to want to help God out with the things I bring to him that I can't handle. Stay with me, I come to him in prayer, we have a great conversation, I continue about my day, then...BAM! I pick back up what I laid at his feet. Am I the only one that does this? I think probably not. God's ways aren't our ways, his thoughts aren't our thoughts. We truly, (I truly) need to let go and let God! I believe sometimes we walk around tired and lacking energy because we are carrying things that God has said, lay that down. Champions, if you're carrying something too heavy today and the weight is overwhelming, lay it at his feet. Trust him to be God! Have a beautifully blessed day!
Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
Matthew 11: 28-30
