To turn loose of or stop dwelling on people or things you can not change. Detaching or removing oneself from someone or something that hampers your inner peace.

May the sweetness of the morning resonate in your spirit as you take that first step into today Champions!

This morning my heart and mind was in sinc with letting go. Maybe you can relate to certain things, situations, or even people that hold you hostage. I know in my life, I certainly can. Sometimes, it is just hard to let go. In our strength, seems almost impossible with some things. Over time, through prayer, I'm getting better at letting go. I have found that letting go is freedom and it also brings peace and balance to your life. I pray today if you are challenged in a particular area of letting go, that you will turn it loose and allow God to work it out. I'll pray for you and ask that you pray for me, as we learn to let go together. One step at a time.

Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.

Ephesians 4:31-32
