Choosing not to react to an action or remark.

Well good morning Champions! May your Friday be joyful and your hearts overflowing! We are up and at it, time to make a difference!

Letting it go... what exactly is it? It could be anything weighing you down/weighing me down. Craziest thing, we have a tendency to hold on to things that just simply aren't any benefit to us ( regret, hate, pain, fear, anger) If you have mastered letting these things go, I applaud you, if not...

When we hold on to the aforementioned things, over time we allow them to become a stronghold in our lives. Take a real honest look at it, would you or me benefit in anyway by allowing these things to control our thoughts or actions? The only possible answer is, absolutely not! You might even attempt to justify it in your mind, I've tried to (but they did this or they did that) There is no possible justification for allowing someone or something that we feel wronged us to have any space in our head. Over time, if we entertain it and don't release it, bitterness is formed. Then, we have an entirely different issue on our hands. Letting it go... lean in, is a sign of strength, not weakness! Champions, manage your minds. So, if you are harboring one of these things, simply let it go!

Reminds me of a song in a Disney movie. Don't allow anything or anyone to weigh you down today, turn it loose like a balloon filled with helium into the sky, then exhale!

Be mighty, be bold, be the you God created you to be today!

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Phillipians 4:7
