To stop holding on to something or someone that you can not change. That in which is hindering your progression to move forward in a positive and productive manner.
Oh sweet Saturday morning! May today bring you peace and abounding joy Champions! Let go of anything that is creating a negative impact on your spirit and live today!
So here we are. Doing some personal inventory this morning and landing on "letting go!" I don't know about you, but this is a tuffy for me? Through my personal reflection this morning, I asked myself... why do you hold on to (things that you should let go of) so tight with a clinched fist that it makes your knuckles turn white? Things... bitterness, anger, resentment, words that hurt you. Next question, by holding on to any of the aforementioned, does it benefit you in any way? Simple answer ( NO!) Holding on to those things slows us down and can even stunt our growth. They occupy time and space in our minds that prevent us from being the best that we can be. Let's make a conscious decision together to open our fist and flex our hand and release anything that we are holding onto in our hearts that isn't beneficial to our inner being. Protect your heart Champions and give all that unnecessary noise to our awesome Creator. On the count of three, just let it go! One, two, three!!! Now, go be crazy amazing today! I have nothing but love for each one of you!
Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.
Ephesians 4: 31-32
