Life's ups and downs

Different phases in life where we alternate periods of good or bad feelings.

Happy 4th of July Eve Champions! Walk today in a way that lights up the sky because of the one living in you! Without those valley moments the mountain tops wouldn't be as incredible!

Reflecting on ups and downs and appreciating both. Today, will you join me in embracing both the ups and the downs? Through the years I've experienced both and as long as I walk on this earth I'm certain there will still be many more of both. However, one thing that stands true is self control and leaning on Jesus through both. When we are going through a difficult situation it's hard to see anything but the issue unless we lift our eyes and focus on the Master! The Great I Am! So throw those hands in the air and enjoy the ride!
