Life throws you curveballs...

When the unexpected comes at you quickly and catches you off guard.

With the rising of the sun, I lift my hands in praise to God! Thanking him for another day Champions!

This morning just taking a moment to keep it real...Life is tough.

One minute we are skipping along with a pep in our step and then Bam! We are hit with a 100 mile an hour curveball! A curveball that catches us off guard and is totally unexpected. I know from my past experiences and even some of my daily life issues, I have good days and bad days when the curveballs are pitched. I was thinking this morning about the difference of the good and bad when the curveballs come... to be totally transparent, when my mind is fixed on God and my prayer life is strong, I can knock those curveballs out of the park. However, when I'm running on empty and not connected to my Creator and Sustainer, I have a tendency to strike out. In this crazy game called life, we have to train daily. We have to practice daily. Shucks, we even have to foul away a few pitches that come at us. My point is, curveballs are going to come. Keeping your eyes on the pitch and being prepared to connect with the ball is all we can do. With God as our coach we will be victorious!
