Happy Saturday morning Champions! May your day be amazing and your intentions be pure as you go about your day today.

This morning I am grateful for another day. I am super excited about the conversations that I will partake in today. To really understand what is being said in a conversation, one has to listen. Too often we get caught up in our own agenda during conversations and totally skip what the other person is sharing with us. Listening to understand instead of to respond is the first step. After all...we do have two ears and one mouth. A wise person once told me, maybe that was because we are supposed to listen twice as much as we speak. Take the time today and invest it in Listening fully and completely.
