Time to rise and shine Champions! Wednesday is here and we are smack dab in the middle of our week! Today is going to bring great things! Let's claim it together!
So let's just hop to it this morning...
Nourish to flourish! Simply put, what we allow to enter our bodies. This could be in the form of food or it could be outside influences, information we allow into our brain. Too often the latter is what can cause us harm ( if we aren't careful). Healthy eating is certainly important in the equation of nourishing our bodies. Interestingly enough, we often forget what we are allowing to filtrate our minds that cause us discord. Think on things above. Staying connected to the ultimate power source. Good stuff in produces good stuff out. I encourage you not to get caught up in the negativity that surrounds us daily. We all have encountered those blessing blockers, people that just seem to have that Eeyore syndrome. DON'T get swept in. I'm not saying by any means that hardships and challenges are not going to come knocking at the door. What I am saying is with the right mindset and proper nourishment before they come we are better prepared for battle. Be a warrior today and step away from the negativity and do something that makes your body feel whole and well! Wellness is a choice that we all make each day. Be a warrior and rock your Wednesday!
