Recess...

A period of time designed for physical activity or play.

May the morning break with an abundant light shining brightly on you and in you Champions! Take that little light of yours and let it shine today!

This morning reeling things back a bit. Touching on a period of time set aside in our day designated for fun! We need it Champions! Recess is a time to let off some steam, possibly release some stored up energy. Just a little time set aside to let go for a moment. To regroup, reenergize, and have fun. Think back to grammar school, recess was needed. In my opinion, I think sometimes we grow up and loose that connection to some things that served us well when we were young. I have to believe that God allows recess. So today I encourage you, take that walk, read that book, possibly even watch a good movie. Just remember in what ever you choose take God with you, he's a God that wants to be included in every aspect of our lives. Champions, go skip to my lou! Be blessed!
