Ride high in the saddle!

Coming off of a great time of rest and reflection from last week and landing this morning on...

" Riding high in the saddle!"

I believe there is a lesson in everything we do, (if our eyes are open to receive it). That brings me to this morning's topic. As long as we are on this earth we will experience trials and tribulations. So, knowing this, we can make a decision before they come as to how we will meet them. Thinking this through, I thought (hum?) I can cower when the storms of life come or I can ride high in the saddle. Ultimately, the answer was a no brainer. We do not grow by retreating. I encourage you today to put on the whole armor of God. Be that warrior for Christ and ride high in that saddle!

Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
