Possessing a gentleness, having empathy. A state of being calm and peaceful within.
Blessed be your day today Champions! Sweet Sunday morning Sonshine to you and yours. May your day be gentle and kind.
As the day awakens and the Son shines bright... Softness touched me this morning. Practicing just a little softness in a world that has gone incredibly hard and disconnected. Smiles, hugs, a reassuring voice. There is something about the aforementioned things that makes someone feel better. Hard days come and go. On those hard days, I know I've really appreciated that gift of a gentle spirit that God has sent on numerous occasions to show me a little softness. Too often, words such as softness, gentle, meek, mild, get a bad rap. They could be looked at as a sign of weakness. I beg to differ, you can practice all that was mentioned in this post today without compromising your beliefs and morals. Funny thing is, someone just might be a bit more apt to listen to what you have to say. Walk in softness today.
And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.
Ezekiel 36:26
