Spiritual Warfare

An ongoing spiritual battle between good and evil.

Champions this morning I pray for peace and unity for us all. I pray we join together to remain calm in the current storm we are in. I pray we keep our eyes fixed on Christ!

My heart is heavy this morning. I went to bed last night with violence and rioting etched in my mind to wake this morning with the same image. Let me start by saying, God is a God of order not confusion and lack of self control. What happened to Mr. George Floyd was horrendous and completely evil. I'm going to share my opinion here.

His memory deserves more. His memory deserves for his life to make a difference.

My heart hurts as I watch the catastrophic display being demonstrated and labeled as protesting. The battle is the Lord's and he will rise. The devil and his cronies have been given their time in the spotlight. Enough! We must join together and understand where the battle is truly at. There was a time when protests were lead by Godly men and women that brought the word of God as their sword and marched for justice. This is not the case here. It's time to Rise up Godly men and women. Understanding the battle, understanding what we are fighting against and to understand that in our strength we can't. BUT... In God's strength we can!

Come quickly, King Jesus!

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of His might. 11 Put on the full armor of God, that you may be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore, take up the full armor of God, that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm.
