Stillness

The absence of movement or sound. Tranquility, peace.

May your morning begin with the beautiful stillness that comes from our Creator. Take a moment to embrace the pause and prepare for the day ahead as you put on the whole armor of God!

Stillness, is something that we truly have to make time for. In this fast paced world we reside in, we are constantly moving. I have found that some of the most beautiful, profound moments in my life, have come in those still, quiet times. I like to refer to it as the holy hush. If you are like me, what you make time for happens. A clear mind, focused and ready to face the day, is something that I have learned to make time to invest in. So whatever you are facing this morning, be still. Take a moment to breathe and talk to him. There is a peace found in his presence that surpasses all understanding. Perfect peace!
