To create or carve out opportunities in your day to acknowledge and embrace that spontaneous sound and movement of the face and body, that are the instinctive expressions of lively amusement!


Mid week and we are up and at it this morning Champions! Do something today to make your heart and soul smile! Take the time!


Laughter is good medicine for our health and well being. Those tiny breaks through out the day that give us that little extra burst of energy we need! Let's face it, we deal with some super serious issues each day. 2020 has been a series of the aforementioned sentence. We need the release of laughter. It helps to balance the craziness that we endure. I encourage you this morning to look for the laughter today. It's ok to take that mini mental vacation and your body will thank you for it!
