Reflecting back this morning to the smell of home. Taking a trip down memory lane I suppose...

Coming home to the smell of my mother fixing dinner. The smell of our clothes after she washed them. Baking in the kitchen, popcorn popping on a Friday night. The list is endless. Growing up we didn't have a lot of money but looking back my mother is who provided the smells of home. Things certainly weren't always perfect but the love was. I encourage you today to remember the simple things. One step further, are you continuing those special smells at home within your house? Maybe, it's a good day to bake a pie and open those windows? "Just saying"
