I am...two very powerful words. Paying very close attention to the words we speak after I am is paramount.
Happiest of mornings to you Champions! Middle of the week and the Son is still shining!
This morning as I was enjoying my quiet time, words, and what we speak into existence came to mind. Take a moment and think about the last day or so. How many times a day did you/ I actually begin a statement with I am? For me it was several times. The bigger question would be, what was said after, I am. Champions, words are powerful. We remember to build others up. To encourage them with compliments and acknowledge their accomplishments. But why is it that too often, we can't acknowledge the great works that God has and is doing inside us? Today, when you use I am, be aware. Remember you are a child of the most high God! Speak words of life. Know that you were fearfully and wonderfully made. I am prepared and ready to have a great day! I am alive! I am bold and will be victorious through Christ Jesus!
Set a guard over my mouth; keep watch over the door of my lips.
Psalm 141:3
