To criticize others for bad qualities and or decisions they make pertaining to their character that you may have done as well.
Thankful, blessed and equipped to tackle this awesome Thursday that we have been given Champions! Do you have on your armor?
This morning is an ouch or amen topic. Let me begin by saying, if this doesn't apply to you rock on! No pun intended. Here we go... throwing stones, we can get caught up doing this and not even realize we're doing it. How, you might ask? It certainly could start small, anyone on here guilty of social media creeping? You go to a friend's page, examine what they have going on and then put your own twist on it to another friend. Maybe, a neighbor or co- worker, we just have to express or share our opinion of a situation or circumstance we know about them. Could even be our own family members that we are looking at with a microscopic perspective. Champions, have you ever heard the saying, " if you live in a glass house, you shouldn't throw stones?" Simply put, we all have baggage. Yes, believe it or not ( all of us) What if the revolution to be difference makers started today with us and we paused when those comments were made by others about someone or maybe we just remained silent if we were the one that was going to throw the comment out there? I have learned and am continuing to learn, the only person I want to be or choose to be better than is the person I was yesterday! News flash, none of us are perfect. Taking it back a moment, it doesn't mean that we condone what we know is wrong, we just don't put ourselves in a place to be judge and jury concerning it. Walk in a way that is pleasing to God. Sounds like a no brainer right? We will never stop others who are armed and ready to throw those stones our way but we can catch them and build a castle! And remember, someone else's opinion of you / of me is none of our business! Now go be over the top crazy amazing today!
But when they persisted in asking Him, He straightened up, and said to them, " He who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her."
John 8:7
