God is so good and his grace endures forever. As I bask in his presence this morning and reflect on times that haven't been the easiest to endure, he gives me peace. A peace that surpasses all my understanding. For that I am thankful. He has provided me with a toughness that is just enough to push me forward but still a gentleness to keep me humble. For that I am thankful. He is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer, for that I am thankful. Tough times will come. It's a given. Financial difficulties, challenges in relationships, difficulties with jobs, health issues, to name a few. If you're not currently in a tough time, one could be coming. The key is to be ready, prayed up, and prepared to meet it head on. God does his best work when we feel weak because then, oh then...miraculous things take place. Trust and believe! God is a winner and with him on our side we will be victorious! You are tough enough! Be blessed and make a choice to have a great day!

Three times I pleaded with the Lord about this, that it should leave me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
