Rising this morning after a good night sleep and giving thanks to God for another day! I couldn't help but think about God's perfect love. He loves me and you without conditions. That certainly doesn't mean we have a free pass to sin. Sin is the one thing that separates us from God. However, he allows u-turns. He is a God of forgiveness and to know him, is to know what love truly is. You see, without God, we do not honestly know how to love others. Stay with me. Love is an action word. Love never fails. Love covers a multitude of sin. For God so loved...

Going a little deeper, love isn't about conditions and feelings. Ouch! Love is about a choice and the long haul. At times, could it be possible that we have love confused with... what's in it for me? Could we possibly be expecting something in return, when we demonstrate what we think love is?

Leaving you with this...

Love doesn't count wrongs and isn't selfish. We confuse people with the behaviors or actions they demonstrate on a daily. We are called to love the sinner but hate the sin. There is a difference.

Newsflash...we are all sinners.

And if there was only one, Jesus would have still went to the cross. This world could use a little more love and a whole lot more of WWJD!

Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins.
