Something that causes repeated suffering or anxiety.
Fantastic Friday vibes being sent to you Champions for a day full of peace.
Touching this morning on a question that could linger for some. What haunts you? Breaking it down. Is there something that has happened in your life that creates suffering or anxiety repeatedly when your thoughts travel there? Champions, know this...God doesn't want us to be anxious. When we experience that feeling, it isn't of God. That is an instant trigger to take it to him. However, there are things that happen in this life that we could possibly have regrets about. For me, I've tried to first acknowledge the why, when my mind takes me to a place of regret. Then, I ask myself...was there a lesson learned from it and how can I use it to make the present better? Lean in, QUIT beating yourself up. The enemy trys to create a level of confusion and doubt to render us ineffective for God and helping others. If there is something you are dealing with today that haunts you, I encourage you to take it to God in prayer. Seek Godly counsel if needed and work daily to live in the present. Don't allow the chains of old slu foot to bind you any longer. God is a chain breaker and a ghost buster! The only ghost we should be allowing to reside within us, is the Holy Ghost!
I have nothing but love for you!
Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
1 Peter 5:7
