Without appropriate or accustomed content. Spiritually lacking.

May your Saturday be filled with joy, purpose, and living water Champions!

Sitting for a spell this morning and taking in the essence of the morning, I thought... " It is well!" Interestingly enough, I want to chat about emptiness this morning. This was brought into my spirit by a simple picture of a well. I remember back to my childhood. Believe it or not my grandmother had one of these wells that you pumped by hand. As a child, I thought it was really cool. When she would pump water from her well, it was always cold and refreshing. I remember asking her, " what if you ran out of water?" She simply said, "We'd be in big trouble." I didn't think much of it then. I accepted her answer and went about what I was doing. However, today... that simple conversation over that well resonates in my spirit.

Our bodies are very much like that well. We can't pour from an empty well. Also, if we dry up, we are in big trouble! Champions, it is so important to stay connected with God. The one who provides the living water. The one who sustains us. The one who fills us and gives us what we need...overflowing, and spilled out to fill the cup of others.

If you are feeling an emptiness this morning? It doesn't have to be that way. Sometimes, that's just a wake up call letting us know that we need to connect with God and run into the fullness he provides!

Go to the well! The Father is waiting!

May God, the source of hope, fill you with all joy and peace by means of your faith in him, so that your hope will continue to grow by the power of the Holy Spirit.
