It isn't important to compete with others. You were not created to be them, you were created to be you.

This morning as I was reflecting on the day ahead, I couldn't help but think about competition. Don't get me wrong friendly competition over a sport or challenge is one thing. My thoughts went to so many people comparing their Iives to another's. Competition in this form is just simply not healthy. God created each one of us in his image. We have different talents and abilities. Not to mention different blessings and obstacles. Be you, do you, and trust Almighty God with what he created!

But let each one test his own work, and then his reason to boast will be in himself alone and not in his neighbor.
